Forster outfall is managed by Midcoast Water which accommodates one wastewater treatment plant (Forster). The treatment plant serves Forster, Green Point, Pacific Palms, Smiths Lake and Tarbuck Bay areas. Approximately 4,400 kL of treated water is discharged daily into the ocean via the ocean outfall at Janies Corner, northern end of Seven Mile Beach.
