Skennars Head outfall is managed by Ballina Water which accommodates one wastewater treatment plant (Lennox Head) and serves the areas of North Angels Beach, Elevations, Aspects, Coastal Grove, and Southern Cross K12. Approximately 26880 KL per day of treated water is reused for irrigation and housing estates purposes and discharged via 1.5 m concrete submerged outfall pipes at Skennars headland.
